1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, and Ecom Express.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 shipping fee.


4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.


5. Can I cancel my order?

  • After dispatch: No, but you can initiate a return as per our [Return & Refund Policy].


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible products. Personal care items are non-returnable. An unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong items.


7. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Processing takes 8–15 business days.


8. Do your products have a warranty?

No, we currently do not offer warranties on our products.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.


10. Do you ship internationally?

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

Please mention your Order Number in the request.

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any platform other than official support channels will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return request as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • The address or contact information provided is invalid or incomplete

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system
